Whole Wheat Atta

Stone-ground whole wheat flour gives Thekua its firm texture and natural, roasted aroma. No refining, no stripping.

Pure Gur (Jaggery)

Natural sweetness that carries iron and minerals, richer in flavour than white sugar, and better for you too.

Fresh Ghee

Pure desi ghee gives Thekua its aroma, its richness, and that deep golden colour. Made the way it's always been made, not cut with vanaspati or blended fats.
