At The Thekua Company, we take pride in delivering wholesome, homemade sweetness straight from our kitchen to yours. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when we ship orders across India and internationally.
1. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 12 PM IST are processed the next working day.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details.
During peak seasons (festivals or sales), dispatch may take 1–2 extra days.
2. Delivery Timelines (India)
We deliver pan-India through trusted courier partners.
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local restrictions, weather, or logistics conditions.
3. Shipping Charges
It will be based on the order quantity.
4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive:
- A tracking link via email or SMS
- The courier partner’s name and tracking ID
You can track your package directly through the courier’s website or by logging into your account on www.thekuacompany.com
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate before checkout.
- Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect address or customer unavailability will be marked as failed delivery.
- Redelivery can be arranged only once the order is returned to us and verified.
Once an order is shipped, cancellations or address changes cannot be made.
6. Damages, Leaks, or Missing Items
We take utmost care in packaging every order. However, if your parcel arrives damaged, leaked, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thekuacompany.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of the outer box, shipping label, and affected items
Our team will resolve it through replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
7. International Shipping
- We currently ship to select international destinations.
- Delivery timelines range between 10–20 business days depending on the destination.
- Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.
8. Delivery Partners
We work with leading national couriers (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, etc.) to ensure reliable, temperature-safe delivery across India.
9. Legal Compliance
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, every order shipped includes:
- Manufacturer & marketer details
- FSSAI license number
- MRP (inclusive of all taxes), net quantity, manufacture date, and batch code
- Customer care details: support@thekuacompany.com
We comply with all packaging, food safety, and consumer-rights regulations applicable in India.
10. Delays Beyond Our Control
In rare cases (e.g., weather, strikes, lockdowns, courier disruptions), delivery may be delayed. We’ll keep you updated and work with our partners to resolve any such issue promptly.
